Aruba allows you to choose whether to receive marketing messages and information about services that might be of interest and about new products.
You can manage whether or not to receive these emails. Please follow these steps:
- Sign in to the customerarea.aruba.it control panel.
- Click on your profile in the top right to open the dropdown menu and select Consent And Preferences.
If your consent is about to expire or has expired, the user menu will display a
notification and a warning will appear on the left-hand side of the control panel.
- This brings you to the Manage consent and preferences section.
Below are details of the sections available in the control panel:
- Get discounts and special offers on the services you have activated and similar products
The first option concerns receiving offers connected to active products or similar products to those you have already purchased. This kind of message is sent following the purchase of a Service/Product without your consent, but on the basis of Aruba's legitimate interest in promoting products and services in which the customer might reasonably be thought to be interested.
You can object to receiving such messages at any time via the control panel.
- Get discounts and special offers on all of Aruba's services
The second option concerns receiving offers and promotions on services/products provided by Aruba S.p.A.
This kind of communication is sent if you have given your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time via the control panel.
- Get discounts and special offers on all the services offered by companies in the Aruba group
The third option concerns receiving offers and promotions for services/products provided by other members of the Aruba Group.
This kind of communication is sent if you have given your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time via the control panel.
You can express your preferences for receiving information (for example guides, newsletters, articles or customer satisfaction surveys). This kind of message is sent without your consent, but on the basis of Aruba's legitimate interest in sending messages in which the customer might reasonably be thought to be interested.
You can object to receiving such messages at any time via the control panel.
This section allows you to receive personalized marketing communications based on the choices you made.
This kind of communication is sent if you have given your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time via the control panel.
Regardless of your preferences, you will continue to receive expiry warnings, order and payment confirmation emails and all service messages about your purchases.
At the top of the control panel, you can see the account email address to which Aruba will send messages for which consent has been given as well as service messages for orders and services.
If you want to change the current address, click on Edit.
