What the minimum credit limit is
The minimum credit limit is the remaining credit amount in your Cloud account at which Aruba Cloud sends you a notification (email and/or SMS).
The minimum credit limit is also used when automatic top-up is activated.
The minimum credit limit is set to EUR 5 by default.
How to change the minimum credit limit
- Log in to the customer area using your Cloud account credentials;
- select the CLOUD tab from the horizontal menu;
- select Credit management from the vertical menu on the left;
- from this section, you can:
- add a mobile phone number (the email address is already set and cannot be changed);
- change the minimum credit limit using the CHANGE LIMIT button;
- activate or deactivate the automatic top-up option.
