Aruba has labelled, in accordance with its
shared responsibility
model, the ownership of infrastructure, licenses, IP addresses, software supplied Aruba, software, data and content entered by the customer, subdividing them according to the service.
Cloud Server PRO
Aruba property
The infrastructure and all physical assets are the property of Aruba.
Any Microsoft licenses supplied (operating system and applications) are the property of Microsoft and granted to Aruba (as Service Provider) to provide the service.
Aruba grants the customer use of the Microsoft licenses for the duration of their use of Aruba’s platform, in accordance with Microsoft license rules.
IP addresses provided are the property of Aruba.
Customer property
Any software installed by the customer on the platform provided remains the property and responsibility of the customer.
All data content produced or uploaded by the customer remains the property and responsibility of the customer.
If the Cloud Server PRO is created using a non-Aruba template, such template remains the property and responsibility of the customer.
Cloud Server VPS
Aruba property
The infrastructure and all physical assets are the property of Aruba.

If one or more VMs on the Private Cloud are created using a non-Aruba template, such template remains the property and responsibility of the customer.
Cloud Backup
Aruba property
The infrastructure used to provide the service is the property of Aruba.
The backup software license, including agents to install on customer machines, are the property of Aruba which grants the customer use of it for the duration of their use of Aruba’s platform.
Customer property
Data produced by backups made by the customer are the property and responsibility of the customer.
Cloud Monitoring
Aruba property
The infrastructure used to provide the service is the property of Aruba.
Customer property
Configuration data produced by the customer remain the property and responsibility of the customer.
Cloud Object Storage
Aruba property
The infrastructure used to provide the service is the property of Aruba.
The Scality RING software license is the property of Scality and granted to Aruba (as Service Provider) to provide the service.
Customer property
Data entered onto the platform by the customer remain the property and responsibility of the customer.
IAAS for SAP HANA
Aruba property
The infrastructure used to provide the service is the property of Aruba.
The "SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications" license is the property of Scality and granted to Aruba (as Service Provider) to provide the service.
Aruba grants the customer the use of the "SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications" license for the duration of their use of Aruba’s platform, in accordance with SUSE license rules.
Customer property
Data entered onto the platform by the customer remain the property and responsibility of the customer.
Domain Center
Aruba property
The infrastructure used to provide the service is the property of Aruba.
Customer property
Domains registered are the property of their respective holders.
Cloud DBaaS
Aruba property
The infrastructure and all physical assets are the property of Aruba.
Any SQL Microsoft licenses supplied are the property of Microsoft and granted to Aruba (as Service Provider) to provide the service.
Aruba grants the customer use of the Microsoft SQL licenses for the duration of their use of Aruba’s platform, in accordance with Microsoft license rules.
IP addresses provided are the property of Aruba.
