3.1 Create a Jelastic Cloud Account

Before creating a Jelastic Cloud Account, we recommend that you read the guide to the rules carefully.

How to create a Jelastic Cloud Account

To create a Jelastic Cloud Account, sign in to the Control Panel using your login details and proceed as follows:
  • Select the "Cloud JELASTIC" section from the top menu.

  • Click on "Jelastic Management" in the "JELASTIC CLOUD" section in the left-hand menu.

  • The "Manage Jelastic Cloud Account" window will appear.
  • Click on "ADD ACCOUNT".

  • You will be taken to the "Create Jelastic" page where you will be asked to select:
    1. Your tariff plan



      When setting up a Jelastic Cloud Account, you will need to indicate a tariff plan for calculating the cost of using the service. There are two tariff plans:
    2. Your login details



      Each Jelastic Cloud Account requires an email address that will be used to activate the Account and access the service.
Once you have finished entering the details, you will need to click on "CREATE JELASTIC".



Confirm the operation in the "Confirmation" window by clicking on "OK, CREATE JELASTIC".



Once you have finished setting up a Jelastic Cloud Account, it will appear in the list in "Manage Jelastic Cloud Account" with the "STATUS" set to "Pending Creation".

The system will send a message to the email address entered during set up containing the URL you need to click on to set your password for the Account and activate it. Please note that you have 24 hours from creating the Account to set the password and thereby activate the Account.
