The first time you sign in to the
Control Panel, you will be asked to use your login details: account username (AWI-12345 account) and associated password.
Once logged in, you will be able to see the "
Reset password", section, where you will be asked to change the password (the AWI account username will already be filled in).
In the "
Reset password" form, you will be asked to enter:
- Current password: the password with which you are logged in.
- New password: the new password you have chosen.
- Repeat password: confirmation of the password you have chosen.
Once you have completed the form, click on "
CHANGE PASSWORD".
Once the password has been changed, the system will send an email confirming that the password has been changed.
Please note that the password (for the AWI account) is valid for 6 months, after which it must be
changed.
